A meeting of the Community Development Agency of the City of Louisville was held on March 11, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. Members present: Rod Petersen, Jerry McClun, Justin Barnes and Paul Pankonin, and Jamion Biesterfeld. Mayor Petersen stated that the Open Meetings Act is posted at the rear of the room and a copy of all meeting materials is available with the clerk.
Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting in three (3) public places as shown by the certificate attached to these minutes. Notice was simultaneously given to all agency members. Their acknowledgment of receipt of notice and the agenda is attached to these minutes. All proceedings thereafter were taken while the convened meeting was open to the public.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Petersen at 6:45 p.m. Justin moves, Jerry seconds to approve the minutes of the April 9, 2025 Community Development Agency meeting. Roll call vote: ayes – McClun, Barnes, Pankonin, Biesterfeld; nays – none. Motion carried.
Jamion moves, Paul seconds to approve Amendment No. 4 to Redevelopment Contract with Timber Ridge Enterprises, LLC for Sandhill Road III Redevelopment Area 2020. Roll call vote: ayes – McClun, Barnes, Pankonin, Biesterfeld; nays – none. Motion carried.
Jerry moves, Jamion seconds to adjourn the CDA meeting at 6:49 p.m. Roll call vote: ayes – McClun, Barnes, Pankonin, Biesterfeld; nays – none. Motion carried.
I, the undersigned secretary of the Community Development Agency, hereby certifies that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the proceedings had and done by the Community Development Agency of the City of Louisville to the best of my knowledge; that the agenda was kept continually current and available for public inspection; and that the minutes were in written form and available for public inspection within 10 working days; the minutes are published in summary form.
